  If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My wife and I were assaulted by an employee here. Police were called and charges were filed. When we drove past the place after getting our dinner someplace better, that employee was still working there. I want to speak with this store owner because I need them to explain how assaulting a customer isn’t grounds for immediate termination. When I was a teenager and worked at a Subway, you couldn’t even speak to the customers with an attitude, or you would be fired. Granted, I clearly worked at a much better Subway that cared about how they treat their customers. Throwing food at me, going around the counter chasing my wife after she left the store, and then assaulting her in the parking lot is insane behavior. Edit: 3 weeks later that employee is still there. Unbelievable. I thought maybe the store owner wanted to review the tape or something first, which is why it wasn’t immediate. Apparently this store owner is so desperate for workers that they will even allow employees to assault customers. I am furious. I have lived in this city for nearly 30 years, and do you know how many times someone has attacked me or my family while getting dinner? The answer should be zero, but thanks to this store it has happened. The email the manager sent to my wife was practically insulting, not once did they apologize for what happened to her at their store, but they thanked her for bringing it to their attention. Why? So they could do absolutely nothing? Next time this happens, and with employees like that there will definitely be a next time, maybe don’t even bother sending your pointless email. Remember, your solution was to ban us, and keep the employee who escalated and then attacked your customers. What an incredibly scummy store. Anyone with money can open a franchise, but not everyone should.

  Went there tonight 8:45 and they had the doors closed when I says closes at 9. They had food put away and they were breaking down the soda machine. What is the deal? Are you open till 9 or just close when you want? Last time I give my money to this location. Usually the employees are rude anyways.

  The food is excellent as always. There are very few places to sit down inside or out. Service is pretty good here although it is always a struggle with Subway, like most fast food places.
