  Ordered via door dash. The order was wrong and missing. Called the store and some young man answered. Cussed me out. Told me to bring what I had with my order back to store and he would consider making me something different. I tried explaining that I was from out of town and at a hotel, he said he didn't care. Would even pass me to good manager or give me his name. Don't buy from this place. Was horrible service.

  The staff were apathetic and unwelcoming. I asked for the sub of the day, the meatball marinara, none was available so they microwaved a fresh tub of it. I waited 9 minutes for the microwave to finish. The cashier forgot my order and handed me my sub without my side or drink, so I had to correct him. When I got to the drink station the lemonade came out in loud spurts slowly, getting lemonade all over my hand, it tastes very weak, like the lemonade syrup is empty. Home was a 3 minute drive away. My meatball marinara was cold, despite its contents being microwaved and toasted. Deeply disappointed.

  Horrible service. I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, the employee told me there was no soda included. I showed her my receipt, which clearly lists the drink, but she insisted that on her end it didn’t show. She was very rude, raised her voice at me for no reason, and refused to fix the issue. I ended up leaving without the soda. You can even see on the second receipt attached to the order that the drink is clearly listed. Very disappointing experience. This will be the last time I order from here.

  Food was not great but that was due to me not getting what I asked for. Employees where decent to guest however there was a young gentleman who although wasn't moving as fast as the female lady lala and other African American man whose name is did not catch. He was making the effort to work any position that was needed. He was nice and accommodating however Lala seemed to not want him on her shift she made aggressive comments about the young man's presence to the African American employees. It was very uncomfortable and I dont think that young man deserves that type of treatment if I was this young man I would be file a hostile work environment desput because it was obvious that lala was referring to him the African American male seemed to be annoyed by her comments and did no encouraging or engage with her. This is unfortunate because she isn't bad at her job however her attitude makes it hard to believe she is good at her job she is unprofessional and rude.

  I came to this establishment to order 2 sandwiches. There were 3 employees, a manager (Hispanic female), coworker (white male) and a younger gentleman behind the counter. There were 8 customers waiting and ordering. The Female manager and the white coworker were using foul language and talking very bad about the younger gentleman who tried to keep a smile on his face and remain quiet as the other 3 employees bylkied hum. This was very u called for and Subway should review their cameras to see the 2 employees being very rude and unprofessional. Is this the face of Subway? The manager was openly making rude remarks about the young gentleman working the toaster and taking orders . Every customer was uncomfortable and 2 walked out without ordering. I will never order at this location and the manager should have appropriate training in work ethic and manners. I give it to the young gentleman who kept his composure and still tried to work indwr such circumstances. People can be so rude and should not work and spew such hate and disrespect. Please review the camera 3/22/26 approximately 11:10 pm. Thank you
