    I ordered on the app, was told there was no turkey when I got there. They were not allowed to do anything to fix it other than give me a refund. The app should let us know about these things. Your quality has gone down and it seems you care nothing about your customers time and gas. My son was disappointed. You suck Subway.

    Stay away from this location at all times Bad customer service Bad atmosphere Loud Bluetooth music Friends hang out at this location with foul language District manager needs to send someone to check this location in the afternoon when it’s the worst I will not be coming this location

    The nasty guy with glasses and shaggy brown hair needs to get a life. Incredibly rude and will get mad at you for getting your order wrong because he can't hear you over his awful blaring music. They need to close this location if they can't find decent employees.

    On 3/11/26 at approximately 5:30pm, I had the worst Subway experience in the over 30 years of going to Subway. The young guy helping me (glasses, two black earrings) kept wiping his nose with his arm while making my sandwich. Watching someone do that while preparing food was pretty disgusting. The music in the store was blasting so loud I could barely hear what he was asking me while ordering. When he made the sandwich, he dumped a huge amount of the three sauces I asked for, which completely ruined it. He was also talking with another employee about getting high after work while he was making my food, which felt really unprofessional. Then he tried telling me the flat bread wasn’t included in the meal deal price, which I know isn’t correct. The whole visit was frustrating from start to finish. Between the hygiene issue, the loud music, and the unprofessional behavior, it was an horrible experience. The most disappointing part was that I sent a complaint about this to the corporate complaint site and provided my phone number and email address…No one ever contacted me back. Needless to say, I am no longer a Subway customer.
