  THE MANAGER HAD INTERCORSE WITH AN EMPLOYEE IN THE WALK IN (where the food is stored) AND IS CURRENTLY EMPLOYED THERE AND ELSE WHERE HIS NAME IS MATT HE ALSO DOES THE BARE MINIMUM FOR SUBWAY THE FLOORS ARE DISGUSTING and when they mop they just wet the mop lazily drag it across the sticky crumb covered floor. Customer service is awful as if they are entitled to our money. If the front alone is this bad just imagine the back. Also the managers are committing time theft and "keep getting away with it" not my words just thought someone out there might find all of this useful. Don't go to subway.

  Ordered a sandwich. Lady starts making my sandwich. Then stops to take care of door dash. I was there first. So I left with no food

  Ordered my food at 4pm for pick up at 9pm I don't get to the store until 9:20 pm I see the male African-American employee chatting with the female customer with a big smile on his face but as soon as I step through the door that smile disappears I told him I have a pickup order and was told he still had to make it OK no biggie ill stop by the Frys right next door to grab a couple of things 15 minutes later I get back and the dude tells me they are out of meatballs? Like for reals? Couldn't of told me that before I went next door? Proceeded to tell me to cancel my order and order something else at that point I flat out told him to give me the Managers name and the store phone number since I don't have time for such shenanigans could of just substituted the sandwich for something else instead i have to deal with whole ordeal while I'm at work

  I really enjoyed my visit! The place is spotless, and the staff is so friendly and attentive.
