  I went there last night to get a sandwich and I was told to wait because they had online orders and I should give them "15 minutes". I stood there for 30 minutes and walked out. The guy at the counter at least told me to "have a good night" as I left. Absolutely worthless. I can walk to this place and I still won't bother.

  Walked in. The guy barely looked up as he was wiping the counter. I said, are you open? He said yeah but its gonna be ten minutes before I make anything. Looked like a homeless dude.

  There is something genuinely, deeply wrong with the people who work at this location. First, I came to pick up a sub that I had ordered online, and when I arrived the worker was making jt. But when he finished making it and saw that he’d made it wrong, he grabbed the sub and slammed it onto the floor, even though I would have taken it as it was. He then proceeded to scream and smack himself in the head before attempting to make the sandwich again, this time very violently and forcefully. Then, the next time I went, I had also placed the order online. But when I got there the worker told me he never received the order. I showed him my order on the app and that I had been charged for it, and he told me he couldn’t help me. When I asked for ANY solution, he told me to get out of the store and he wasn’t making the sub. This isn’t even just bad customer service, it’s bizarre. I’m going to start going to a different location because I can’t deal with these nut jobs that work here.
