    Management failure. I waited 25 minutes for 5 sandwiches because there was only one employee on shift who clearly had no training in high-volume prep. Instead of making the order efficiently, she was handling every single slice of meat individually, one sandwich at a time, while also trying to serve walk-in customers. There is zero workflow here. If you have staff who don't know how to handle multiple orders or work at a normal pace, DO NOT leave them alone on a shift. This is a complete mess and a waste of time for delivery drivers and customers alike. Absolutely incompetent staffing.

    All the fixings for the sandwiches were fresh and crisp, service was quick and fun, and there was plenty of seating inside the clean dining area.

    The manager her is amazing very nice welcome me with a smile fast service gentleman at the register also very polite and fast first subway i ever been to that operates like Jimmy John's subs so fast you will freak great job manager keep up great work BTW I was stopping her to rest and get lunch and waiting for A load
