  Stopped by Wednesday evening a bit after 6pm with the family . Posted hours they were open . Chairs were on the tables . Floor was dirty . Thought maybe they were going to be sweeping . 2 people behind the counter . Very bothered we were there . We asked if they were serving and they responded yes . We started to order our sandwiches and a few of us took some chairs down to sit to eat our meal. They said we could not do that but we could eat in our cars. That the lobby closes at 6pm . One of us spoke up and said so we can’t eat here ? They responded the lobby closes at 6pm so no you can’t. The lobby hours weren’t posted that they close the lobby at 6pm. We asked to speak to the manager. They weren’t there. So we asked for the employee to call them. They did and the manager told us the lobby closes at 6pm. and we can’t eat inside. We stayed there is no sign stating that on the doors. The manager said well go eat somewhere else …...so we did at Jersey Mike’s. Subway has lost our business . Poor attitudes and very unprofessional. Very sad when people can’t realize that their customers are their paychecks.

  Horrible customer service! Had an online order. They didn’t acknowledge me at all. I politely asked if they had my order ready the guy in there didn’t acknowledge me and walked away so I asked the next lady that came up and she didn’t acknowledge me. She then proceeded to forcefully put the food in my face and walked away without saying anything. I even said thank you To be polite and they just kept walking.

  Visited from out of state April 2 at 6.05pm. Walked in to hear employee being a bit surly with older gentleman, customer. I figured customer was being rude. Wrong. My wife and I began to place our order, answering the employees questions as to the type of sandwich we wanted. When I answered one of her quick and unclear questions, she responded very rudely "I said what kind of cheese do you want". I had never walked out of any business because of rude service until I walked out of this subway. We went to Panera and were greeted by much friendlier people. We frequent subways everywhere we go and have never experienced such a rude employee. We don't need it. There are lots of other places to eat. Don't visit this subway at 2330 W Happy Valley Rd. Phoenix, AZ.

  My family went into order the service wasn’t good and when it came to pay, the worker gave herself a tip without my family even knowing. Thats not right. Didn’t know we should be tipping ourselves now.
