  Came to pick up mobile order on 04/11/2026 @ 12:37pm and the lady behind the counter was very rude for absolutely no reason. As soon as I walked in saying hello & that I was there to pick up a mobile order that was just placed not too long ago, before I could finish my sentence, She immediately cut me off mid sentence & was like “yeah I know you can have a seat. I'll call you when it’s done.. “ mind you I was the only customer in the store so it’s not like she had a lot of orders or something. Overall just not a pleasant experience & more than likely will NOT be going to this location. She needs to quit if she can’t handle customer service and being polite to customers regardless of what she may be feeling within herself and own life, don’t take that out on customers.

  I came in one day the African American woman was coughing all over her hands. So unsanitary.. I am absolutely livid and disgusted

  I ordered two subs on the app asked for them both to be toasted picked them up 10 minutes before the app said they would be done walked in 7 minutes after ordering and the sandwiches were done app still saying not ready food is cold not toasted asked the lady told remake she went back and forth on how she toasted finally she made the sandwiches after I left the lady proceeded to follow me out then told my husband we were disrespectful but had to walk outside were there are no cameras I don’t know why you would follow somebody out the store management please review
