  I received the best customer service at this location last night at about 8pm (Monday 3/16/26). I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who was working. He was running the whole place alone, and it was kind of busy, and he was handling it. He made me an excellent sandwich, while having a nice conversation, and it was great. In this day and age, it is rare to encounter someone who takes pride in their job, especially a young person. He should be promoted to manager. I just ate the second half of my sandwich for lunch, and it is as good today as it was last night!

  Never follows their own store hours. They close an hour to 30 minutes early pretty much every time I've been there. Why have your store hours to 11 if you are closing at 10 or 1030? 3/12/2026 10:30 pm i was turned away because you are closed. Yet the drive thru open sign is on and im here 30 minutes before closing. Dont worry I already messaged corporate. Hopefully they can get your store set and working properly

  I placed an online order on 2/20/26, I get home and open the sandwich only to be highly disappointed. There was barely any tops on the sandwich. So little that I had to add toppings from my home. Which I shouldn’t haven’t to do if I am paying $10 for a sandwich. Per the receipt it states to reach out via email to the store manager directly. Which I did and it’s been a week and the manager still hasn’t reached out.

  I come here all the time when I get my sandwich made right when I’m present with certain employees I went and got my usual sandwich and I asked for extra onions on my veggie sandwich as I usually do and then it was a problem when I asked for extra olives to where she only gave me a pinch instead of giving me the same amount as she gave me the onions. Her name is Alexis, who made my sandwich and her attitude is horrible so sad that you have to keep an eye on your sandwich for them to make it rightinstead of them giving you good portions of each

  Bald guy with glasses and tattoos has a nasty attitude. Does not make eye contact, while talking in a grumpy tone. Just stares down, and scowls while aggressively making a simple sandwich. Disgustingly unprofessional, and obvious. If you hate your job that much, leave.
