- SSSamRush53Apr 8, 20261.0Absolutely awful experience, the start was not bad. I placed an online order for a sandwich, the sandwich was prepared and ready to go when I got there. But, when I got home the order was messed up. They didn’t make the sandwich as I built online. They added a bunch of things I didn’t want nor like. I called the store to see if the sandwich could be remade. The lady was extremely rude and said they do not remake orders. Now I’m stuck here with a sandwich I don’t want and out of my money. 100 percent would not recommend this location to anyone. Stay for away from it.

This time the bread was not fresh, very hard and think it might have been from yesterday that is how hard it was. The other time we really thought that the tuna tasted a little funny and both of us did get a little sick. So I have taken this location out of my Subway app just because two times is enough because we have ordered from other locations and the food is the way it should be fresh.

Every time I go to this location (only because it’s in the same plaza as my job) I either get very rude employees or my sandwich looks horrible. I used to work for subway and best believe the customer service & sandwich’s I get from this location is a huge NO.
