  horrible experience. manager hailey and the other 2 girls working with her messed up my order 3 times then refused to fix the problem they created. wouldnt recommend this location

  I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Sonic, and I wanted to recognize the amazing employee who helped me name Giovany. From the moment I arrived, this young man greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude. It’s rare to see someone who is so respectful, well-mannered, and professional while working. He was very polite, well-spoken, and clearly knowledgeable about his job. What stood out the most was how attentive and thoughtful he was. Even though I had placed a mobile order, he made sure I received exactly what I needed and took the time to check that everything was right. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the experience smooth and stress-free. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. He stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time, and his customer service truly went above and beyond. Employees like him make a big difference and represent Sonic in the best possible way. Because of this experience, I will definitely be coming back. I hope management recognizes what a great job he’s doing. Thank you Giovany for such a wonderful experience.
