  Store does not welcome customers after 9:15 pm. They claim to have nothing in stock and out of everything except bread, cheese and meat. Poor customer service. No wonder some locations are struggling and closing down. I spoke to Hailey or Kayleigh and store manager as they would not willing to prepare two double Jalapeño burger and a large fry for me after 9:15 pm.

  Came to the restaurant at eight o'clock, we were told forty five minute wait. There was one other person eating most of the chairs were put up. We said, why forty five minutes because of online orders, they told us. So we went next door and we ate there and we waited an hour and a half, in an hour and a half only one person came to pick up an order. The gentleman that was eating, he I'd already left. In an hour and a half nobody else came and picked up their order, i don't know why they couldn't have made a burger in that amount of time. Very disappointed at the customer service. She was dismissive, let us know. It was still going to be forty five minutes and to have a good day.

  The burgers have changed taste/flavor from the original. Shakes are just average. Overpriced for food for sub-standard quality.

  Hailey was working nonstop the whole time we were here. She’s got great energy and is super friendly. Only suggestion is to get food out quicker to people dining in. There were a ton of to go orders but the dining room was empty and we waited for 15-20 minutes for food for dine in.

  I visited the location on Peoria this afternnon at about 4:00 pm. We looked for a clean table to sit at. Then we ordered our food at that time I noticed a gallon of milk over half full with no lid on sitting on the counter right next to a can of whipped cream .We ate our food and noone ever touched that open milk sitting thers. We were there a little more than an hour and the milk was still sitting there so I walked up to the worker and said do you always leave the milk out with no lid on it and whipped cream out ?she said oh I did that on accident. She walked right past it several times and never bothered to put it away.
