  This store needs new managment .. i order thru the app and they gave it away to wrong person... they told me that it never came thru when i had my email confirmation that it was ready ... they wanted me to re order and re pay again... When i asked the cashier he confirmed he gave it away to another person .. and he didnt know what to do... cashier needs to realize once the order is missing he needs to re make the order .... do better ... this place its already expensive and plus no urgency from the workers i was waiting for my order like 25+ mins ...

  Smashburger is not worth it anymore I am a vegetarian and got the black bean patty inside the mushroom truffle burger. The burger was very small for the price point. With fries the whole meal was 16$ and the portion of the fries was small as well. There are so many better options for burgers than smashburger

  Absolutely terrible. Just a puddle of grease from the tots. We ordered 2 Bacon Smash Stacks and it was hella oversalted and it was missing everything we asked for. Also the burger had more than one hella old burnt fries sitting inside that I crunched into that tasted disgusting. With the way it looked, I can guarantee that there is more possiblity that they might have even spat in it. It was so freaking disgusting. Nothing tasted fresh, more like 10 hours old and reheated. I won't order again, and I recommend you don't order here if you don't want to get sick.

  I order today 03/21/2026 at 7:55PM. I had to wait 35+ mins for 2 meals. Very inexperienced staff. Won't come here again. Was left impressed with how they manage things here, they'll lose business soon if this continues. I got a refund. The staff Kalie is being belittled by other staff. She was feeling the rath of the other staff. When the cooks are at fault. They cannot cook and keep up with demand. I'll never come here again.

  Staff needs to be taught about changing gloves. Cashier used same gloves for cashiering and cleaning food and trays from tables. Then proceeded to bag food orders. Another staff person was wiping down tables and then proceeded to bag food orders. The food itself was good but very unsanitary using same gloves for multiple tasks
