- BVBestsabet Valdovinos1 day ago1.0Aaron was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for help, he repeatedly ignored me and chose to assist other customers instead. When I tried again, he raised his voice and claimed he was helping others, which did not reflect what I observed. The experience left me feeling disrespected and unfairly treated. I was simply trying to complete a pickup order on time, and the lack of basic customer service was very frustrating. And to be fair it was my first time coming here never again.

Just make sure when you go here you are ready to get your life back on track cause there is a zero tolerance for any BS. I volunteered here for Christmas Santa Clause and it was awesome to meet everyone and see everyone happy to get help. Thanks to Frys, Safeway, Albertsons and Bashas. Phoenix will be known for getting people back on track thanks Cass
- RFR F4 days ago1.0This Safeway continually allows pitbulls, large dogs, and dangerous dogs to roam inside their store. I see it everyday. I truly do not know why Safeway management is not cracking down on the amount of non-service dogs in this grocery store. It’s disgusting.

AI virtual to me to contact the store I did and the associate I spoke to was able to find my shopper and we fixed things over the phone. The quality of the fresh fruit I needed for Easter was top notch!!! The other day I ordered a few things from Fry’s 👎 I will never get another thing from them. I don’t know my shopper’s name I would like to thank her for the quality items she chose!👍
