Just make sure when you go here you are ready to get your life back on track cause there is a zero tolerance for any BS. I volunteered here for Christmas Santa Clause and it was awesome to meet everyone and see everyone happy to get help. Thanks to Frys, Safeway, Albertsons and Bashas. Phoenix will be known for getting people back on track thanks Cass

He is so pleasent to be around, unprecedentedly loyal to the customer, and should be the face of all customer service businesses. He may not have any fuzz on his head but he sure is a peach.

No customer service because the elderly woman handling the self checkout area is too busy gabbing to the customer with whom she is BAGGING his groceries. Her blabbing went on and on while I am waiting, than another machine broke. So, when I asked for help, she told me to wait. Worse yet? He was serviced before my son and I. And, his machine was further away than ours! Bagging assistance on Self Checkout? Okay, but not the person I'm charge of fixing all the broken technology!
- BCBit CoinMar 10, 20261.0The woman at the customer service dealing with money orders & lottery & returns had a very bad attitude today, she was angry at me asking what happened to tap to pay not working ...she started yelling at me for trying to understand if the situation is only for the location because I'm able to use tap to pay in other locations. She started going ballistic and said I dont need to explain anything..etc. I said " you used to be a nice lady what happened to you ? " she said " you happened " and then turned her back walked away while still yapping some gibberish...Very rude. She definetly needs some time off or another job. I immediately talked to the manager and I heard her saying to the manager " I'm sick of people harrassing me about tap to pay problem here " . Well any good manager should re evaulate her attitude problem first . We Will see how this dude is going to perform...
