  Burger was good. Better than McDonald's. Nice dine in drive thru only. Fries were good. Haven't had Rally's in a long time. Rather go here than the norms

  By far the worst service I’ve ever received. Stood at the window for 7 minutes and got ignored before I started jumping up and down waving my hands just to get an employees attention. Your job is to help customers. If you can’t do that then close your business or find a new employees

  This location has very good customer service. I was helped by Gigi and Rochelle. They were patient with me and Rochelle did an awesome job explaining the items on the menu. Food came out hot and taste delicious . I will be back
