I placed an online order and received confirmation that the store had it, followed by another notification saying my pizza and 16 wings were ready. When I arrived, there were already multiple customers waiting in a very small lobby. The employee at the front was completely overwhelmed—trying to run the register while also pulling pizzas out of the oven, cutting them, and boxing orders. Everything was disorganized, and she didn’t know which orders matched which receipts. Another employee had to step in to help, but even then it was chaotic. I stood there for 45 minutes to an hour and was never acknowledged—not once. No greeting, no update, nothing. On top of that, the employee was using inappropriate language while clearly stressed. Waiting that long without even being acknowledged—after being told my food was ready—is unacceptable. I ended up leaving without my order and had to go somewhere else to eat. What makes this worse is that I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in 2–3 years because of past experiences with terrible customer service and poor food quality. I decided to give it another chance, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. This was a complete failure in customer service and basic operations.
