I was told my order would be ready in about 8 minutes, but I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes. During that time, several customers with large orders were served and left while I was still waiting. I later overheard an employee mention that my order may have been placed under a different name, but no one informed me or apologized for the delay. Additionally, my food appeared to be left on the counter while other orders were placed in the warmer. My name was never called, which made the situation even more confusing. I called afterward to report the issue, and while the employee said they would speak with the staff, the response did not feel very helpful. The supervisor or who ever attempted to address the issue let me know the worker was busy. Yes..the worker was busy having headphones on listening to music which looks disrespectful and clearly caused her to not hear my name correctly. The call disconnected and I had to call back and they put the manger on the phone after I asked repeatedly but at that point I didn’t feel like speaking. I hope management can address this with the team so that orders are communicated clearly, customers are notified promptly when their food is ready, and delays are handled with better customer service. If my review is hidden or deleted. I will simple repost it. p.s. i’m sure you have cameras that show my order sitting there and show the employee with headphones in
