  Got a delivery via ubereats and my chicken fried rice was hot, thanks to the wonderful driver, but the food was completely tasteless. Chicken looks to have been broiled in a separate dish and added as an afterthought. Crab Rangoon was crispy and warm at the tips, but mushy and cool at the bottom, as if they'd been turned upside down and hardly deep-fried.

  A nice friendly atmosphere The food is consistently very good. I usually order Firecracker Chicken, Honey Seared Chicken, the Tai Basil Chicken or the Hot Honey Chicken. Generous serving sizes and all delicious.

  It sucks when places you love have poor service. I visited with my family on my birthday almost a month ago, was overcharged double the price of what my order should have been. Was assured the sale was corrected and would receive the refund for the adjusted total. I have had to chase the “store manager” down and play phone tag over 3 weeks with each response being he’ll get back to me and never does. If you ever wonder why sales are down take a look at management and staff and most importantly how situations are handled when ppl are spending their money at the chosen establishment. The staff was clueless and very unapologetic when I brought it to their attention, the manager has taken 0 steps to rectify the situation or even communicate properly. I only gave the review 1 star because I had to in order to review. I’ve been enjoying Pei Wei for sooo long and after this visit I sadly say I will look into other options with the same cuisine before visiting Pei Wei again.

  So great! Went there on Tuesday to eat something around the area. Order food from here if you want a savory cuisine or great fried rice! Seats were clean and tables were wiped down as well. The chef whose name I recall was Maria made my fried rice chicken was excellent and robust; it was cooked perfectly. Very friendly along with the cashier named Brianna, who was fast and efficient. The service was beyond expectations and all of the workers were very friendly!
