  I recently had one of the better main chain pizzas I've ever had from one of the "3 main" pizza chain restaurants and it wasn't Papa John's. Today I thought I'd give PJ's a shot as it's been years and this was one of the worst I've had: Dried out crusty cheese on cardboard with tasteless pepperoni. And I paid $31.84 (albeit delivery with 20% tip) including a $7 discount for a "medium" 12 inch pie and cheese sticks- the latter to meet the minimum -- there's poor money management on my part. I could have picked up an 18 inch from Amici's for that price and loaded it with extra pepperoni and fresh mozzarella. It was the awful pizza from a Papa John's that inspired this review, but the comparison with a true quality pizza for the price is warranted. The service was fast. But I wouldn't order from here again at any price no matter how good the service.

  Ordered online today. Just before delivery time, recieved a message that they canceled the order and that if I still wanted it, I needed to call the store (this was the customer service center that canceled and called i assume). I called and placed the order for our students. Store was nice and polite. I wanted for the 12 pizzas to arrive. Finally, I recieved a call from the neighbor business who stated they have my pizzas and they were kind enough to sign for them and tip the driver. Needless to say. Our company won't be doing this again.

  Joel gave me some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. From the very beginning, he was respectful, patient, and really focused on helping me out. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed instead of rushing through things, which made a big difference. It felt like he actually cared about doing a good job, not just finishing quickly. What stood out the most was how reliable and professional Joel was. Everything he said he would do, he did—and he did it well. He paid attention to the small details that most people might overlook, and that made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Whenever I had questions, he answered them clearly and made sure I understood, which showed how much he values good communication. Joel also has a great attitude. He stayed positive the entire time and made the experience enjoyable, not just efficient. It’s rare to meet someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely easy to work with, but Joel managed to be both. That combination really sets him apart from others. Overall, Joel didn’t just meet expectations—he exceeded them. The way he handled everything showed professionalism, effort, and care. Because of that, I can honestly say he’s one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. If I ever need help again, Joel would be the first person I’d go to. Overall, Joel was an absolute beauty, an angel sent from heaven, if any lady’s see this hit him up 10 stars

  Joelle took our call for delivery and he was amazing. Went above and beyond when our credit card would not work. Excellent customer service.
