- DFDavid Futch3 days ago4.0I have eaten several times at this location before my flight home. The first time I waited to use the tablet to order which added time to my visit. The salad was fresh with plenty of goodness on top. On additional occasions I used the app to order while I was waiting in security so my order was ready when I got to the terminal. Again pretty consistent on the quality and quantity of ingredients on top. Avoid the wait and use the app.
- GMGrethel Mendez5 days ago1.0Phoenix Airport T3 Iplaced my order at 10:49 a.m. While patiently waiting for my food, I noticed that everyone else was getting theirs, even people who got there after me, but Me! I proceeded to ask one of the employees about my order and why it was taking so long. She got the manager "Denae" about the order. The "manager" was rude to me implied that it was my fault for not looking at the orders screen!!! I was in disbelief! She was turning this into my responsibility!!! How is it the customer's responsibility that the order is taking too long??? The manager (Denae) gave me an ugly nasty attitude. I then noticed a bag with food right next to Denae, by the counter area where they get orders from the kitchen. She had my order right there, but she made me wait even longer to give it to me!!! This was over humiliating, ugly, worst service I have ever received! We love Panera's food, but I love great customer service, and people like Denae make me not want to go there.
