  I had the honor of having Mrs.Shiba taking my order. To say that she was extremely kind is an understatement. I usually don't say this, but she was probably one of the nicest people I have met. She was also kind enough to pay for my side of bread I wanted because she happened to have a gift card on her, which I found extremely nice and made my day. Now onto the food. I don't understand why Panera gets a lot of hate. The food at this location is always good and I have never had really any complaints about it! I would, and have been, coming back every so often when I am in the mood and would recommend it do anyone who is debating going! And Shoutout Mrs. Shiba, genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. She deserves a raise asap!

  Worst delivery service ever. Tracker sucks & upon arrival, cold soup & sandwich. Literally all it was, was a small soup & half a sandwich. Took them 40 minutes. Weak.
