- GVG V6 days ago5.0Tonight I ended up getting the New York strip steak cooked, medium with a loaded baked potato including broccoli, and then topped it off with a dangerously delicious Carrot Cake. I found the food quality to be excellent and it was nice that whoever cooked the steak did not drop the entire salt shaker on top of it like they do at other steak restaurants. I would say the seasoning was appropriate just the right amount. The potato was to die for totally loved the ingredients, including the size of the potato which was perfect. When you go to Outback Steakhouse you can’t say no to the desserts. They have some of the best dessert options out there in my opinion.

I came in and the delivery driver told me he has been waiting 10 mins with no one acknowledging him. he literally had enough and shouted at an employee near by to help us. it's a Friday night I get it. I used to work in restaurants 20 years ago. in fact what used to be fuddruckers where the Mexican restaurant is now was my last restaurant job. a delivery driver picking up for a customer is a job too. customer service and acknowledgement "someone will be right with you ", goes a long way. on the way out the door after I got my customers order, a customer told the other driver and I don't bother to pick up from here next time, they don't care about doordash or uber eats customers only in restaurant customers. ✍️, I will be rejecting orders from here from now on and going to maggianos myself for good customer service
