  Foods always stale, orders always wrong. Every McDonald's is terrible but this location has to be one of the worst. Compared to Scottsdale rd and Thomas their at least operating at b plus level. Food prompt and correct. 7th Ave and camelback please do better

  If you go in you wait 25 mins for your food...you go through the drive thru you wait 25 mins..you do a moblie order you wait 25 mins this place is horrible. They always want u to pull into a spot and never give you any sauces just try to rush away before you can open the bag then u have to go inside and its every single time! I try to give them the benefit but omg. The inside is always dirty too.

  Do they ever follow directions 😕 but I like how they make the customers feel when they is wrong on the orders 😕 I guess that's all that matters 🙃🤣🤏🏾

  The store manager Jason is the ruddiest person I have ever meet! This guy’s customer Service is bad! When asked what his deal is he said because he can and that this McDonalds is own by a total different owner, which to me made no sense. He needs to humble himself.

  What a mixed bag. We live near by and if Im super hungry Ill stop by this store. You always get at least one item that was prepared and served well. You'll never get both a good burger and a good order of fries. Lots of young folks working there, likely their first job. It is my opinion that this location has managers who don't know or care. It's a McDonald's.... it's all been figured out. Just follow the process. I must be insane, Ill go back to this store there aren't any fast food options near.
