  I ordered breakfast through the app and overall had a decent experience, but there were a couple of downsides that kept it from being great. The shake machine was broken, so I couldn’t get the shamrock shake I was looking forward to, which was disappointing. They did offer me orange juice instead, which was a nice substitute, but not quite the same. On the positive side, the meal itself was solid. Everything was served hot, and I had plenty of butter for the hotcakes, which made them enjoyable. The two hash browns were especially good—perfectly crispy and well cooked. The taste of the food overall was really good, and it felt like a typical satisfying breakfast. So while the food quality and service were good, the missing shake and substitution hold it back a bit. A decent experience overall, just not quite what I was expecting.

  So I go in here and place my order on the touch-screen. It flashes my order number and tells me to take my receipt to the front and pay. Well, no receipt prints, but since it flashed my order number for a split second, I know what number I'm waiting for. I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting... OVER 20 MINUTES. Finally the lady comes to the register (I don't blame her, they were all working hard), and I go to pay, but I ask "Have they even started on my order?" She said "no". I left. Keep your computers stocked with the paper that your customers will need, and have enough employees so that one can be at the register to accept payments, and have more people to cook the food. There were SO many ppl waiting.

  Drove a truck from Salt Lake City Utah straight before my next appointment in Phoenix. Already been kicked out and questioned to pay for parking out of 3 places. This McDonalds great staff here. Clean store, restrooms, fast great friendly service, nice hot food, happily bought food here and for the road. Mini truck parking. Not one question or harassment about my truck, better than truck stops. Thank you McDonalds, drivers, don't abuse it and keep their parking lot clean, and yes go spend money inside. If we can't park, we can't take breaks. I'll remember this spot !!! :) :) :)

  Super yummy fresh food, but when they are busy it's better to go through the drive through because the seriously don't give their inside guests as much priority and a single meal with a iced coffee took them 15 minutes to get out to me, the whole time I was standing their waiting they took the order of and served a good 10 people in the drive through who had way more complicated orders than my large #3, and they also got my drink wrong (I payed extra for extra syrup and cream in it, and asked for light ice and the cup was seriously like ALL ICE, and they didn't even put the syrup in that I PAYED extra for) it was still good but, meh service. The fries were also kinda soggy/cold because they took so long to finally remember my drink and then give me the order that it wasn't as good as it could have been since the food sat behind the counter for like 10 minutes before they made my coffee. The lady who helped me pay was super nice at least, but not really anyone else.
