5 stars for the customer service from DeAndre. He is one of a kind
1 star for the customer across from me taking off his shoes and putting his bare feet in the seats. Society needs to know one wants to sit in a seat where your shoes or stinky feet have been in at a public place.
Thankfully one of the managers told him, but the customer should have better manners then that .

Walked in to hear staff calling each other "smart ass" louder than anyone else in the store. Went up to the counter and was greeted with "what are you doing here".
Said thank you twice when getting my order and was completely ignored both times.
The food wasn't great either, almost no salt on the fry's and the nuggets were getting cold already.
Will not be back.

I ordered my Food waited and watched three people order and receive their food before me. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, a hash brown, and a medium smoothie. I was told when given my food that they were waiting on the smoothie. When I returned to my car and open my food, it was cold due to them waiting for the smoothie to be ready. This is the third time I’ve been to this restaurant in the second time I’ve had major issues with.

This store should be shut down.
Normally I’m not one to say anything.
However, if you order and are givin a table card # and they say go sit down and we’ll bring it to you. You would think that’s what they’re going to do.
Then waiting 35 min for your food to get brought to you just to find out they set it out 20 min ago on their counter. Luckily an employee was walking to the bathroom at the time was when I was finally noticed.
Now receiving my tray, With missing items and cold food. They remade the missing item✔️
I don’t want to go ask for ranch and ketchup, where they proceed to hand me one of each. I try to ask for more for the amount of food we got And they said absolutely let me just Ring You Up!? Charging per package of ranch and Ketchup.
When I declined to pay for something that shouldn’t have to be paid for, They then point to the wall and say if you have a problem with it, take it up with the owners, which is a picture of them in the corner.
Despite all of that, my favorite part hasn’t even happened yet.
Living in a world, Where you have to go to the front and ask to be able to get buzzed into the bathroom like it’s bank vault is inhumane to me.
I said my two cents.

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited 17 minutes just to place and receive our order, and when we finally did, they got it wrong and even forgot to charge for one item. When I politely asked for it to be fixed, Desiree was incredibly rude easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She clearly needs proper training on how to speak to customers.
And initially was another employee helping then she took over without even say hello or no hands off at all.
If inspections were done here like they are at other locations, I doubt this kind of behavior would continue will never come back
Very disappointed.
