  Drive thru was full so decided to go curbside because no cars where in any spots well 20mins later drive thru clear serval others came thru curbside never coming here again

  Worst McDonald I ever been. Ordered one large coke at 1:38 pm outside of the store and picked it up at 2 pm. Orders missing, people waited at the counter for their food forever…

  Received incorrect burgers and my fries were extremely undercooked and some how still super greasy? Would never eat here again

  McDonald’s (McDowell & 7th Street) Oh my goodness… this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff here is unbelievably rude. Not only do they not seem to care whether your order is correct, but if you try to say something or ask for help, you’re met with attitude—and even mocked. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for a place that serves as many people as they do. I understand this location is busy being right off the freeway, but that’s not an excuse. If anything, it should mean better management and stronger customer service not worse. It really feels like the focus here is just pushing volume and making money, with zero regard for the customer experience. That’s disappointing for a brand that’s supposed to be consistent. This location seriously needs better leadership and training. Until that happens, I won’t be coming back. honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would.
