  Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. One had no toppings and looked like it was under a heat lamp for hours.

  Go through the drive through no one was there take the order as the computer ask use app I said no no one there help. It time to start looking for new workers

  I tried to place a special order at the counter. I had some questions, and didn't want to tie up the drive thru. I went inside and waited for a CSR.she came up and asked how can I help you? I started to ask my question and I noticed she wasn't paying attention to me she was joking with a coworker, I waited til she was done then asked my question again. She looked away so I stepped up to look her in the eye. I placed my order for a filet o fish combo and 2 plain hamburger patties for my dog, (the subject of my question.) I was handed a receipt and took a seat to wait. Several customers were also seated waiting. Walkin customers placed their orders and were served before us. My food arrived extremely late. I wonder why such a small order took so long?
