  Not only was this establishment VERY NEAT AN ORGANIZED , Ana provided AMAZING customer service 😄 food was very delicious!!

  On Wednesday April 1st I visited the McDonalds at the above location with a buy one get one coupon. The young man at the window told me they don't accept those coupons written at the top of the receipt, then said they were only good for a Crispy chicken. When I informed him that I have been coming to that location for 7 years and asked him if he was trained on this his response was, "Why are you disrespecting me." When I informed him that wasn't disrespect his immediate response was, "I'm a real G"I can meet you out front to settle this." I asked for his manager and he began speaking to her in Spanish which was again disrespectful and lied to her. She came to the window with a scowl on her face and asked me what happened and I told her. She further escalated the situation and when I asked for a corporate number her response was, "This is a franchise we are not part of McDonalds. "When I pressed her further for her franchise name and her name she said WBF and to look it up and slammed the drive thru window on me. I reported this and received a callback from a lady who identified herself as Darcia and she said she was sorry and said that would review the tapes and call me right back. Of course the call never came. I have filed a police report also on the incident. I will never again set foot in another franchise owned by Brent Bohn Mark Watson. In my 70 years on this earth I've never been spoken to by a young person like that. In the 7 years I've been buying food I can also count on both hands the number of times my order was correct yet I still continued to patronize the establishment. If you don't want your numbers to go down or even possibly have to close that store then clean it up.

  The food is fast food, sometimes fresh and delicious and sometimes the exact opposite, it's hot and miss at this location. The service is what you'd expect from a teenager who could care less about being overly excited to take an order in the drive thru. And double check every time that you get the sauces they charge you for, I learned that lesson after 2 times in a row when told they were in there, nothing was in there...the atmosphere is the drive thru for me, spots 5 ⭐

  This is ridiculous, never make a sandwich right. Then of course the cheese is melted so I have to try and peel it off so I can make my sandwich straight. I’ll never understand a half slice of cheese on fish but a whole slice on a burger and will charge if I want a whole slice.
