    Ever since the kiosks came and you don't get to speak to nobody about your order anymore or you don't get to speak to anybody at McDonald's is just place your order get your food and that's it I don't like it at all I don't like ordering my food from a chaos and that's all there is to that

    I come to this McDonald’s pretty often, and I’ve gotta say the staff here is actually really solid. You can tell they’re working hard, staying organized, and trying to get orders out as fast and accurate as possible. Even when it gets busy, they keep it moving and don’t just give up under pressure. What I’ve noticed though is that a lot of the delays aren’t really on them—it’s usually because of customers making last-minute changes, being impatient, or just straight-up rude. That kind of stuff slows everything down and makes it harder for the workers to do their job the way they want to. The crew that’s there later on deserves a lot of credit too. They’re dealing with a lot at once—rushes, complicated orders, and tougher customers—but they still stay focused and get everything handled. Respect to them for keeping things running. Overall, good experience. The staff does their part for sure—it’d be even better if customers matched that same energy.

    I went though the drive through asked for the 6 dollar offer with nuggets and fries and the manager Janet said it didn’t have nuggets when they have 2 $6 dollar deals and I don’t work there if one of the two has what I’m asking for Jose the assistant manger doesn’t need to tell me that the world doesn’t revolve around me and Janet didn’t have to gaslight me by saying she can’t read minds she didn’t have to she works the she is the general manager she should know the menu and tell me but this one has what your asking for her as a general manager to not even know the menu herself says a lot and for them to treat me as a customer like trash says it all about what is customer are to them they think we just need to take it and humilla us and hurt us they don’t know what I’m going through they don’t know what my situation is and I can only get the value meal they can’t look down on people discriminating me being racist I’m human like everyone else I honestly think they even gave me fake names to avoid complaints the more we stand up to these places this big companies and not let them control our lives our money we deserve respect and kindness when other workers saw me so upset and feeling with such impotence they expressed they wanted to comfort me telling me how horrible she is to them too how she makes their shift at work a living nightmare and they do not like her at all how long is the CEO of McDonalds let this people destroy our day when we just want a smile and our food?

    I just tried to order an Oreo McFlurry at the drive-thru, and the employee taking orders told me, “We don’t have any ice cream at this time.” Interestingly, I then came inside and ordered an M&M McFlurry without any issues. That response at the drive-thru was clearly inaccurate and very frustrating. If ice cream is on the menu, customers should be able to order it. The store needs better staff and should stop refusing to serve items that are clearly listed on their menu.
