This mcdonalds literally never has anything ready, they make you pay and then make you wait in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes. Doesn't matter if it's just Frys, a sandwich..never ready they make everyone sit and wait after they do the drive-thru

Yikes… went to this location tonight (Sunday night), not busy by any means. Ordered ahead on the app and waited in the drive through for like 40 minutes. It was so bad the car ahead of me just left the line after ordering because the wait time was so long. Dude at the window was kind of a jerk and had big bare minimum vibes. I had to remind him about the drinks on my order too. No apologies for that or the wait and when I asked why they were so backed up he just said “what do you mean” so I’m guessing that’s typical service for them here? Then he proceeded to say they only had 5 people working… that is more than enough to run a slow night efficiently which tells me this location needs some new people and better training/higher standards. I know it’s just McDonalds and the expected serviced bar isn’t high by any means but this was really bad. Food was fine, the service was just trash.

If you enjoy feeling invisible while navigating a labyrinth of mandatory software, this is the McDonald’s for you. For everyone else, it’s a cautionary tale of what happens when automation replaces basic human competence. The hurdles start before you even leave your house. In a bizarre move that feels more like data-mining than customer service, this location has apparently blocked mobile web browser orders. Unless you are willing to surrender more storage space on your phone for their specific app, online ordering is a non-starter. It’s an unnecessary barrier to entry that "other places" figured out years ago. The In-Store Experience: Ghost in the Machine Deciding to bypass the app and order in person doesn't improve the situation. The counter is a ghost town; you are immediately funneled toward the kiosks. Technology is great when it works, but the user interface here is counter-intuitive. Case in point: trying to simply remove an item from your "bag" or "cart" becomes a puzzle because the kiosk doesn't use those standard terms clearly. Customer Service or Statues? The real breakdown, however, wasn't the hardware—it was the staff. When I sought help from an employee (notably dressed for the parking lot rather than the counter), I was met with a level of indifference that bordered on the surreal. Despite standing directly in front of him and asking for assistance twice, the employee—a male with long curly hair—offered nothing but a vacant, thousand-yard stare. It wasn't just a lack of help; it was a total lack of presence, as if I were trying to order from a mannequin. The Verdict Between the forced app integration, the clunky kiosks, and staff that seem more like "background actors" than service professionals, there is no reason to return. McDonald’s is built on the promise of speed and convenience, but this location delivers neither. Save your time and go somewhere where the employees actually acknowledge your existence.

DON’T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE ASAP!! these people are the slowest workers ive ever seen. Went on my lunch break ordered curbside and was waiting for about 45 minutes before They marked MY order out as complete and I STILL waited longer. Still no food. Could’ve took my entire family to red lobster and still got my food quicker im not lying.

Awful system. They take your order in the drive thru then pile you at the end and make you sit and wait for all the orders to be ready before they come out and bring your food. Sometimes 6 or 7 cars are piled in. They constantly get your order wrong because they have no system to keep track of who's order is who's. If they give someone else your order they don't remake it they just hand it to you, not safe. If you go inside to tell them you have the wrong order , they blame you. Reached out to ownership, no response, easy to see why this place is terrible Edit after owner reply: All they do us answer with the same generic reply. To give more info. I already sent an email with all the details. I never got a reply. They don't care to fix the issues. Just stay away.
