  I guess it doesn't really matter which McDonald's you go to. Apparently, the expectation is that you should be happy that you get anything. Whatever you do, don't try to deviate at all from the menu. Don't ask for extra anything. Don't ask for anything to be left off your hamburger. The guy at the drive-thru was really nice. The lady at the next window looked like a manager and asked me to pull around and park, as my quarter pounder was still being made. I asked for no slivered onions, add dehydrated onions, add mayo, and that's it. I was happy to wait - however long it took. After doordashing all day, ensuring everybody's order is on time and handled what the utmost care and consideration while it's in my custody, I was hoping that my own meal could be as equally correct and cared about on Easter Sunday. Instead of what I asked for, I received a quarter pounder with bacon on it (I didn't ask for nor did I want bacon), no mayonnaise was added (despite my request), and not only were slivered onions on there, that were requested to be taken off, but there were so many that by the time I removed them, the ketchup and mustard were basically removed as well. In their hurry the fries were slightly undercooked as well. The only thing that was basically consistent and good was the Coke. This is what I get for not cooking for myself at home- like I promised myself I would. Lesson learned!! Thank you, McDonald's. You never fail in disappointing me.

  It's never fully clean at a McDonald's, but the food was great and hot. Too many homeless people though. 2.5 Stars

  Es una zona un poco sola el lugar se ve abandonado entra mucha persona en situación de calle. No lo recomiendo para familias.

  I am disappointed with the service at this location. It is currently 12:48 pm. I am just now leaving the front lobby and I first walked into the lobby at 1235. I was not even acknowledging that I was standing at the front counter for over 10 minutes. There were three managers bagging food but no one was taking any orders at the front counter. The lady behind me in line had to stop someone and tried to let them know that her, myself and another person behind her were needing to be serviced. The three managers in drive thru looked at us and rolled their eyes and went back to bagging the food for drive thru. I understand that they are in the middle of lunch rush downtown but to not acknowledge the customers and blatantly ignoring them is horrible customer service.
