  Received two burgers completely raw from this location this evening tried to call back to let the manager know he claimed they have had no orders with my food that evening I have photos of the food as well as my receipt if anyone would like to to get into contact with me

  They need better lighting outside! None of the lights are working outside of this building! There's homeless standing against their walls at night smoking drugs right by their front door no workers will go say nothing to them due to the no lighting outside! Then to be bombarded before you even enter with people begging you to help them which is the same problem people who are doing drugs in front of the building. Then you walk in never being greeted by any workers or acknowledged that I came in, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come over and hold on it's going to be a few minutes before whoever was running the register to come back to wherever they went to? Still waiting to make an order? It was a 45 minutes later still nobody came to the register before I left very disappointed!

  Ordered a plain cheeseburger and they gave me one that had some ketchup on the bun which was kinda annoying, but they remade it with no trouble at all and the 2nd one out was perfect.

  I ordered two sandwiches and two hash browns and they asked me to go to the front to wait I asked for their manager they closed the window on me and I sat for 10 minutes while my food sat at the window and the employees talked and wouldn’t give me my food. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

  I had order 1242 tonight. The lady walked my order out, mumbled Big “something something” and told me to take a box. I got it and read the receipt and realized it wasn’t right. She then blamed me for the order she had to have re-made. I’m sure McDonald’s is not an easy job, genuinely having worked in customer service myself. You can make it easier by confirming the entire order before handing it to someone, because it wasn’t my fault you had to remake the order. It was your job to confirm it before handing it to me.
