  Constantly slow, not even given my receipt and they dont get my order right, wack place, Edit: couldn't even get my drink right, hot garbage, my advice go to another better one than this one.

  This is how I received both Big Mac's. They always mess up or forget something in every order.

  This is hands down the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food was ice cold, order was wrong multiple times and even after they fixed the order they still forgot things and handed me ice cold food. Would have been better off eating dog food. Do not go to this location, it's absolutely garbage. Save your money and stress and go to the one on 35th Ave.

  02/26/26 at around 9:05 pm. Please check your bags (both employees and customers alike) because I was told I was okay to leave after I received my order. The employee at the pick up handed me my bag in complete silence so I stayed, thinking I was still going to get something else. I wasn't able to check the bag when he came back and asked "Do you need something?" in a bothered tone. I asked "Oh. Am I good to leave?" And he just nods. Come to find out I'm missing two cheeseburgers :/ I know what it's like to work service (I work at a donut shop right now!), people can be a lot to handle, but some basic respect is always necessary. Use your voice, communicate with me. I shouldn't have to ask if I'm good to leave and feel like I'm bothering the employees, in my honest opinion. A simple, "you're all set" or "have a good day" is enough. Mistakes happen, I get it. I'm not mad that I was missing something. But the combo of missing food, incorrect info, and poor service is what really gets me. And please, for the love of god, answer your phones. I'd rather just do a quick refund over a phone call than submit a complaint through the McDonald's website and a review through Google. I'm bothered enough to just contemplate doing a charge back and be done with this location.
