  It’s been 1 month of pure slow service with not great food. Something bas changed. I hope it changes back. The PM staff used to be exceptional. It’s now horrible.

  Would give this place 0 stars if we could. Its been remodeled and looks nice BUT the kiosks to were frustrating to use, staff ignored customers & 1 who used the ladies room didn't offer to open the door for me or my husband as we waited for assistance. I slipped in behind her, she used the facilities and walked out without washing her hands🤮

  This store is horrible. Food always cold. Order is always messed up. They have like 6 people working the back. The little short Hispanic Manager is very rude. This is a very busy store and doesn't seem to be enough staff. Homeless people all around harassing people. This store is not run well at all.

  I don't remember anything about this restaurant that would make me want to say anything other than it's a McDonald's and expect what you get from a McDonald's bland food. That should be the same taste everywhere you go. In fact, because I only rate chain restaurants for the most part of three, I'm not going to rate the food service for atmosphere because I just don't remember. It's just a McDonald's. And I'd like to know that the price of two burgers and a soda being almost $10 is really out of line in my opinion. In fact, if I remember right, I think it was more than $10 for a couple of burgers and a soda. And it wasn't even a large burger with the regular hamburgers. They were like $3 a piece.

  I ordered 10:17am. Got food 10:40am. I watched multiple orders with same items come out to cars that had just driven yo to drive thru and leave long before me. Why was my order not done first? Why were almost a dozen similar item new drive thru order prioritized before mine. Slow and improper service. Then i watched thrn leave the pancakes out for the mcgriddles that were used to make my sandwiches on the counter for a few minutes before sausage patties were ready for them. Why not leave them binned until ready for use???? And yea, they weren't as warm when I got them due to sitting out.
