  They didn’t get anything on my order correct. Asked for Dr. Pepper and got a Coke. Asked for Buffalo sauce and was given BBQ. The burger was just slapped together… crazy work

  Service was great. The staff between 440 to 5 messed up my order. But when I called they were able to fix it and got my kid a toy for the inconvenience. The manager (male) was 0/5 but staff a 5/5

  Dirty. Tepid fries. Stick to the drive through if you need a Micky D’s fix. There’s no benefit to going inside just to place your own order on a board and have someone hand you a bag and a cup so you can go fill your own drink at an icky counter. Sorry for the bad review. But truth for our experience.

  I placed an order for a coffee and apple 🍎 pie. The pie was old. I called and manager Jenna compensated me with 2 and 2. When I came to pick the replacement the next day, there was a little static from the on-duty manager but all still went will. I guess no one was updated about the matter. I normally come in and get coffee nearly daily. Again all went well. Thanks

  This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was polite the entire time, but the service and food quality were unacceptable. I received cold fries and when I respectfully asked for a fresh batch, the assistant manager immediately got defensive and insisted everything coming out was fresh — it wasn’t. Only after I pushed back did they replace them, and even then, it seemed like they were just double-fried or mixed with old fries instead of actually making fresh ones. The operation itself looked completely unprofessional. One employee was washing dishes and taking orders at the same time, which is not only inefficient but raises concerns about cleanliness and food handling. Meanwhile, the assistant manager was handling food with a clear attitude, making the situation worse instead of resolving it. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to get basic quality and decent service. If the team is unhappy or overwhelmed, it shows — but that’s not an excuse to treat paying customers this way. Definitely needs better management, better training, and a serious improvement in customer service.
