  My husband just came home from. The location at 19th Ave and northern with no food. He stood inside at the counter for over 10 min while everyone just walked by. A woman (he thought maybe manager or assistant manager by the uniform ) just stopped and stared at him. When he said can I get some help please she snapped at him saying what do you want. He left with out getting anything thinking by her attitude someone might have done something to the food. Anytime we eat at McDonald's we go to this one since it's by our house. We will now drive out of our way to go to another one. We will not go back to this one. Would have rated zero if I could!

  Come here multiple times and messed up on my order each time. This most recent time I had a problem being able to pay and the skinny Mexican fruity guy at the drive thru had attitude towards me. Not letting me pay for my order and directing me to go around the line when massive line already. This interaction held up the line and they we employees and manager were unable to resolve the issue. Shouldn’t let kids who can’t control their emotions deal with customers. Makes me not wanna go here anymore McDonalds need to reconsider who to hire.

  Vee was amazing! They were behind on getting orders out. But, she was working hard and moving around the place at a quick pace to keep colustomers happy. Great job Vee!!!

  What's the point in placing an online order if y'all still make me wait in the reserved for drive thru parking area for 5 minutes. Ya know that's the whole reason I placed the online order is to not have to wait

  I had a really good experience at the McDonald's! The service was fast, and my order came out fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and kept things moving, even during a busy time, which I really appreciated. The dining area was clean, and everything felt well-maintained. If you’re looking for a quick, reliable stop with good service, this location definitely delivers. I’ll be coming back again!
