  They don’t bring your food to the table here this never ever happened to me I’ve been in over 100 McDonalds never had this issue the young girl said we don’t do that here. No sense of courtesy on customers advising them beforehand that they don’t bring the food to the table when you dine in the tent clearly states to be sitting at the table and they’ll bring the food to you. She just said say we don’t do that she did not even apologize or said something like sorry that in this location we do not do this. She just simply said we don’t do that. Very disrespectful.

  On Wednesday April 1st I visited the McDonalds at the above location with a buy one get one coupon. The young man at the window told me they don't accept those coupons written at the top of the receipt, then said they were only good for a Crispy chicken. When I informed him that I have been coming to that location for 7 years and asked him if he was trained on this his response was, "Why are you disrespecting me." When I informed him that wasn't disrespect his immediate response was, "I'm a real G"I can meet you out front to settle this." I asked for his manager and he began speaking to her in Spanish which was again disrespectful and lied to her. She came to the window with a scowl on her face and asked me what happened and I told her. She further escalated the situation and when I asked for a corporate number her response was, "This is a franchise we are not part of McDonalds. "When I pressed her further for her franchise name and her name she said WBF and to look it up and slammed the drive thru window on me. I reported this and received a callback from a lady who identified herself as Darcia and she said she was sorry and said that would review the tapes and call me right back. Of course the call never came. I have filed a police report also on the incident. I will never again set foot in another franchise owned by Brent Bohn Mark Watson. In my 70 years on this earth I've never been spoken to by a young person like that. In the 7 years I've been buying food I can also count on both hands the number of times my order was correct yet I still continued to patronize the establishment. If you don't want your numbers to go down or even possibly have to close that store then clean it up.

  If I could give this location negative 0 I would the staff are so horrible a manger ingoring customers to be on the phone saying you better get here is ridiculous im a manager myself and its highly inappropriate and I wanted for a while for my oder and than had to go back because the frys were so soggy

  How are you out of items Are your employees just lazy to do their job and don’t want to sell anything I spent money on DoorDash just to have my order refunded not even immediate credit refund because all of your items were out of stock unless you guys were getting your hoods cleaned but Still be more responsible

  Very bad experience during the night shift (8–10 PM). I usually pick up my orders around 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, and the service is consistently poor. The staff show a serious lack of communication and coordination. The lady working there, Emily, was especially rude and unprofessional and does not seem to have basic customer service skills and also food was terrible where I ordered 3 mcchicken was so terrible. Overall, one of the worst service experiences and food experience I’ve had.
