They made my iced coffee exactly how I wanted and it was AMAZING. the best iced coffee I have ever got from a McDonald's. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful, except one lady who works there in the mornings, there was people using the kiosk to order but wanted to pay cash which their kiosk doesn't accept so when they went to the counter the lady scolded them and said "we are short staffed you need to be using out kiosk, oh my gosh ugh what do you need already" and the guy was just like ummmm I used your kiosk but it doesn't take cash... Can I just pay? And she was soooo rude about it and also told everyone else in line they needed to figure out how the kiosk works and she would only help them this one time. Everyone else working there seemed uncomfortable with how she was acting but no one said anything, and it was honestly kind of embarrassing for them (I felt embarrassed for them at least even as a costumer which was soooo awkward) but the other employees were super friendly and considerate and even gave me a bunch of free sauces "for the wait" she said as she looked at the other lady who was rude and offered me a free ice cream cone too. Lmao any other time of day though all the employees seem to be friendly and in a very good mood. They are also usually very prompt with their service and my orders are always accurate. Would definitely recommend this place for lunch and dinner!
