  I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder through the drive thru. When I got home there was no bacon on the burger. I tried calling for two hours before someone finally answered. It's 10pm by this time, she says come back and we'll give you some bacon. Unbelievable. Worst restaurant ever. I can't believe a place like this is still in business.

  Look I understand that you have oppressive overlords judging your drive through times. But y'all need to toast the dam muffin. I specifically asked for toasted muffins this morning, because previous orders have been untoasted, and still ended up with muffins that aren't even warm. It's gross. You won't be getting my orders any longer. There's another McDonald's right down the street.

  Looks like I'll be review #700 and a definite five stars for this McDonald's here on S. 35th avenue. The inside was very clean even though it was absolutely busy. All of the workers were super busy serving out food extremely fast. The workers all work in conjunction which is exactly how a kitchen should be run and a big shout out to Jennifer the team lead for serving up my food quickly. My burgers were really delicious and even at 11:00 p.m. the coffee was still hot. This location is highly recommended

  I've been patronizing this location for about a year now, and while it generally meets my expectations for a McDonald's, it's got two problems: 1. It's location makes it incredibly popular and almost always too busy, which is made worse by 2. The fact that it almost always seems perpetually understaffed. I've stopped going to this location at certain times of day. It gets so busy and has so little staff that even if you order curbside carryout, you're probably gonna have to park and go inside to flag down one of the few employees working their butts off to deal with this rush without any support to get your meal. Oh, and avoid the drive thru at all costs unless you are literally the only car in it, because the staffing issues and popularity of this location makes the drive thru a parking lot simulator. The employees have always been good to me and do seem genuinely sorry when things are taking too long, so I don't blame the employees for these problems; management needs to reevaluate their rush times and schedule accordingly. I know they're also constrained by franchisee agreements they can't change, because it's so notoriously busy that I don't even think about coming here anymore unless it's the early afternoon on a weekend.
