  I had a wonderful experience with the cashier named shay at this location! She was very personable and friends to chat with. This is the first time I have ever had an experience with a jimmy John's employee that was pleasant and talkative. Thank you for having her as your employee!

  As I entered I was the only customer, I stood there for a few minutes while the two cashiers looked at me, no greeting, no welcome, just silence. I finally asked them if "THEIR READY", response "WHAT"? OMG great training Jimmy John's!!? Very awkward!! As I'm ordering, the two just stood there giggling with their heads down, it was very unprofessional and again very awkward to be in that position. Going forward, I'm taking my business to Jersey Mikes in Anthem, plus their bread and service is much better!
