  Girls working there tonight weren’t the worst I’ve seen but they have no manners and forgot my sandwich and served three people before me while my partner ate .

  I recently have decided to eat at jimmy johns again because its been a while. Anyways i went twice in a row between 1PM and 1:30PM when i usually take my lunch. Anyways some young Hispanic girl in the window with terrible lashes has no customer service and rude. She answersd the drive through as if i was bothering her. She didnt even hand me a bag. Like happened twice in a row. I called the store to tell them about my experience the manager was firm with me like “ I WILL TELL HER.” Didnt even get a name but will be calling corporate on that location its ridiculous like NO one was in line i literally ordered a Little John if you Have no patience in the fast food industry please dont take these jobs simple. I ordered one item ridiculous

  I bought 300 of these for catering. They forgot to put meat on half of them, and now they’re way too small. I will complain to corporate. Also, the tomatoes and cucumbers were old, and the bread tasted like it was a week old.

  The manager there she is super cool. But one of the new workers there seems either really shy or really rude. When handed my food I audibly say thank you but get zero response and a window shut 😆 wouldnt kill you to say youre welcome?
