  I get the same sandwich everytime and this current #16 was so sad. Couldn't even find the turkey buried under some sad lettuce. I called the store to tell them I was disappointed and they didnt care to help. Never coming back if their sandwiches have gone down hill this far!

  I do not recommend going here, you they don't know the meaning of customer service and they don't care about their customers at all, if you want your sandwich toasted you better tell them even though online it says it's toasted, cause they don't ask and they won't take it back to toast it. The only way they would do it was if I bought a whole new sandwich. Angela, the GM apparently,, doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. I will probably Neverending eat at Jimmy John's again thanks to her and this specific establishment.

  I’m not normally one to leave a negative review, but my experience at this Jimmy John’s was horrendous. I ordered ahead for an ASAP pickup. My order was placed and paid for at 6:02pm; however, when I arrived at 6:27pm my order hadn’t even been started. The store had five people in it, two people worked there, two additional customers, and I was the fifth. Once I had gotten in, it took an additional six minutes to make my two sandwiches. Please know, as I was walking in, one of the five people was already walking out, and the person ahead of me only ordered day old bread. Unfortunately, the disappointment doesn’t stop there. The meat in the sandwiches were WARM, and no, I didn’t order my meals toasted. The orders themselves weren’t correct either. Finally, and I know this is such a small thing, but I really wanted my sandwich cut in half as well….I ordered a cut in half sandwich after all. Alas, a whole sandwich with warm meat is what I received. I honestly don’t think I can ever return to this store.
