  I don't usually eat fast food but enjoyed my lunch. Antonio was very pleasant, nice attitude. Not sure if he's the manager but a good leader for sure.

  Wonderfull crew, so polite and customer service on fire 🔥! Great fresh sandwich first time there, but I'll be back for sure!

  Carly and Antonio are so fantastic, the restaurant is welcoming and clean and the employees are so nice! Love this place!

  I order from various jimmy John's at least 4 times a week and recently tried this one. The employee Antonio needs a serious attitude adjustment. I placed an online order for delivery to pay in cash which I've done before and he called to inform me that this store doesn't accept cash. When I asked why it was accepted before he rudely replied "I don't know what to tell you" and repeated that over and over. When I arrived at the store he told me that they had just "let it slide" before because it was a low amount. WELL NEWS FLASH if you're gonna accept a form of payment that you don't normally take, TELL THE CUSTOMER SO THEY DONT DO IT AGAIN. Antonio went back and forth on this for more than 5 min before asking me if I even still WANT the sandwich. Uh YEA THATS WHY I CAME UP TO THE STORE. terrible people skills, terrible customer service
