  This is the worst JJ location. Terrible set up and 40 min waits. Worse, the order is never ready when it says it’s ready so you are all piled in the aisles waiting for orders. The employees don’t hustle because “they’re paid the same no matter what.”

  All the staff at this location in 04/01/2026 are extremely rude for no reason at all. I am so sorry that me coming in and picking up my order bothers you so much. Bread was stale and hard

  Walked into the Washington Jimmy John’s 20 minutes before closing. The guy was all cleaned up and ready to go home. I “Sorry we are closed” he says. “You close in 20 minutes” I say. “Well the we are out of bread” he replied. He turned others away as well. Lazy employee 😡
