- RRRae ReiffMar 8, 20261.0d like to elaborate on my Five Guys experience. After receiving a watery, soup-like chocolate milkshake, I returned to the counter for a refund. Randall was assisting me, but then what seemed to be a supervisor walked away making a snide remark: “When you add something, it makes it watery.” Worse, he said this while walking off, and I had to call him back just to understand what he said. Instead of a snarky comment, a proper solution would’ve been, “Let’s remake it or refund you.” I’ve never had a milkshake here before, so I didn’t “know” it would turn watery. To top it off, he mentioned he was having a rough day. Honestly, that’s not my problem. Overall, horrible customer service.

We had to cancel and reorder from somewhere else and 4 hours later I got a meal. Make it right if you make the mistake. Remake the order for the dasher. It wasn't the dasher or customer mistake. Customer service is where it is. Paying for express to then wait 3-4 hours for ur food is unacceptable

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
