One of the cooks finally came up and asked after we sat in front of the cash register for 20 minutes waiting for someone. They walked past us at the front multiple times going outside to their car and then back to the back room. They left only one person cooking while they messed around outside. As I’m writing this there’s a crowd of 5 different people waiting for someone to help them out. This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to and I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences here but this takes the cake. I love being stared at while the workers run in and out of the store giggling. Even if they were on break they could’ve let their co workers know hey someone’s waiting maybe idk DO YOUR JOB😭 they made me feel like I was in the wrong for coming in and making them work. Update: Now they are letting the orders pile up as we’re all waiting for someone to call out our names and the cooks couldn’t care less that we’re standing here looking like idiots. The phone keeps ringing and they come back to put them on hold or hang up and then don’t even tend to anyone else waiting in the lobby.
