My order was completely incorrect, and when I called to resolve the issue, I was hung up on three separate times. The first employee initially said he would help me, but then disconnected the call. When I called back, he answered with, “If this is the lady who just called about the wrong order, my manager said—” and then hung up again. On my final attempt, someone claiming to be the manager answered, said “Hi, I’m the manager,” and immediately disconnected the call as well. Additionally, during one of my calls, they let the phone ring for about ten minutes, only to pick up and hang up again. I paid $39 for items I did not receive, and due to the repeated hang-ups and lack of professionalism, I will be reporting this location.
