    Followup to previous posting: I filed a complaint with store corporate/ owner, but they never responded. Provided them proof of my purchase too. These people took $44. of my hard earned money and ruined a families dinner. EVERYONE look at the amount of customer complaints from this store. It's huge! DON'T order your food from there because you could be unprofessionally served up next. Ordered 30 garlic parmesan wings yesterday with instructions to be extra crispy. When I arrived home to share these wings with the family we realized they weren't cooked properly AND they barley had cheese and garlic on them. Everyone was disappointed. Because we had to eat quickly, then drive to airport, I didn't bother returning to the store and ask for a refund. This was on me. But posting this here will suffice. This location has had numerous compliants against them and I will file a complaint with their corporate this Monday.

    I just left this place not too long ago and the crew did an amazing job 👏 🙌!!! Thank you I will definitely be going back ! I wish they had a tip jar because I wanted to leave a tip for how quickly we received our food shortly after we order :) thank you for making my day ! :)

    Called and was told it would be an hour wait, then was put on hold and the female employee never picked the line back up. Didn’t bother calling back. Consistently bad customer service specifically over the phone.

    Asked for Cajun on the side, with an extra side of Cajun. Was given 1 side, split between 2 portion cups. When I drove back to have them simply fill them up & give me what I paid for... no apology, acted annoyed, and talking crap amongst each other under their breath. Grow up. -Sincerely, A COMPETENT Line Cook who notices these things 😅

    I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the experience with this location has been extremely unprofessional. My order was completely incorrect, and when I called to resolve the issue, I was hung up on three separate times. The first employee initially said he would help me, but then disconnected the call. When I called back, he answered with, “If this is the lady who just called about the wrong order, my manager said—” and then hung up again. On my final attempt, someone claiming to be the manager answered, said “Hi, I’m the manager,” and immediately disconnected the call as well. Additionally, during one of my calls, they let the phone ring for about ten minutes, only to pick up and hang up again. I paid $39 for items I did not receive, and due to the repeated hang-ups and lack of professionalism, I will be reporting this location.
