I would give this place 0 stars if I could! This location specifically has always messed something up with my order, I came here per birthday request from a family member. (I didn’t want to even make the order because of past mistakes they’ve made on my order)
They gave me 14 wings of the wrong flavor and shorted me a couple of the different wing flavor I ordered. I called them to let them know my order was messed up, the guy nicely told me it’d be taken care of his words exactly were “na na , don’t worry about it, just tell me what flavors were wrong and we’ll make them for you.” My husband just got off work from a 10 hour day & went in to pick them up, they lied and said they never got the call and that the shifts were switched. So I called again to figure out who I talked to, got his name and mentioned what happened while my husband was in lobby he started to backtrack and finally “remember” the call I gave 10 mins prior. Manager nicely came upto him and said we were supposed to bring the wings back but since we weren’t told that’s that they’d make the wings for us anyway. He sat in the lobby for over an hour & asked when they’d be done and they said that they were barely gonna be dropped in the fryer. He left upset and THAT Will be our last time at this location. No other location I’ve gone to has ever had bad service, but it NEVER fails with this location; each time I’ve ever tried to give this location a chance it just never works out.

Ordered thru Uber eats. I ordered a 6 wing combo with Cajun corn and a drink, added carrots and 2 ranch. Food came in a timely matter, I opened the bag which is sealed with a sticker, cause the Uber eats drivers aren't allowed to open bags, and I only had my wings, carrots and 2 ranch and she handed me my drink. So I call and the guy says my manager says thats Uber eats problem they're supposed to make sure they have everything, I said how was she to know my corn wasnt in the bag which was sealed? He said yeah that's Uber eats problem. Never will I order from there again, because there's no accountability! Like yes its wingstops problem because you bag it and seal it, my Uber eats driver didnt make my order bag it and deliver it lol.
