Friendly staff and food was way better than I expected from the reviews. Reviews are probably not worth anything, but this one at least is accurate. The quality of the wings here is excellent. Everything is freshly prepared. Nothing greasy at all and the wings are excellent quality. Definitely will order from here again. This was my first time. An excellent choice for large family gatherings or just looking for a quick dinner to add to your salad at home.

Greasiest wingstop I’ve ever had. Inedible and thirty dollars down the drain.

If I could give this Wingstop a 0 I would. Looking upon the reviews of this place, I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming here. My family and I decided to come to this Wingstop for the first time because it’s closer to our home. Please don’t waste your time and come here. Go to the one on 32nd st and greenway if anything. Our order was around $60. Me and my daughter ordered the tenders and my husband ordered wings. With our orders we also got fries. We dined in as well. The order did take longer than we anticipated but we are patient people. We also are big fans of eating out but we can only do it every so often because it’s expensive. When we got our food, I noticed our tenders were burnt and not the usual tenders we are used to from Wingstop so we can asked to get them remade. The manager was dumbfounded and he said well if I remake them they are going to look the same. I would have not paid if I was going to get the tenders like that. You could see the black spots of burnt chicken. I really wanted to give them a chance but once we got a “new” batch of tenders made, low and behold they did look the same. Almost as if he dunked them back in the oil and gave the same ones back to us. I asked for a refund right away for just my order. My daughter was so hungry she just ate hers but I didn’t even touch mine. All I ate were the French fries. I didn’t think it was a big ask of me because I just wanted to be refunded what was not eaten. The manager that works around the 6pm-7pm shift is the worst. We asked for a refund after our tenders were burnt and he would not give it to us. He looked at us as if we were wrong, as if we did something to the chicken, as if we were taking money from him. He glared at us and stood there trying to intimidate us. He was just pressing buttons on the register, hunched over as if he hated his job or speaking to people. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a fast food chain restaurant. He ends up walking away after we said we would call a manager the next day and says he is the manager. We are left in the dining area with question because he just disappeared. We never raised our voices at him, we were never rude. We had our 2 young kids with us so we didn’t want to get out of character. We simply stated that we weren’t satisfied with the food and would like a refund for the food we did not eat. We will NEVER return to this Wingstop. Management needs training. I’ve worked customer service for 10+years and I would definitely think about firing that man. They either have customer service skills or they don’t. The cashier there should probably be the runner up because he was great. Sold me on even trying a new sauce there for my tenders. Anyways, I’m also 7 months pregnant and I get cravings so after leaving this location, I went to the location on 32nd st and greenway and got my lemon pepper tenders. I also bought some more for my daughter because I felt bad she had to eat those other ones. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don’t go to this Wingstop. We never got our money back :(
PS. I left the uneaten ones on the counter because I felt bad throwing them in the trash. I left them for the manager untouched.

This location is down the road from me. After today’s experience with the staff being off putting I will give my money to another company. If you’re going to work with customer service and have a bad day no need to make a paying customer feel uncomfortable

We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
